Christmas in Premilcuore

From 7 December 2024 to 6 January 2025, Premilcuore will be transformed to celebrate Christmas with a programme full of events that opens with the lighting of the Christmas Tree and illuminations.
During the weekends, the village will be animated with workshops, activities in the shops and, at the Visitors' Centre of the National Park of the Casentino Forests, playful moments and musical narratives for children.
The festival will continue with itinerant performances, such as the Band of Carters and the travelling concert of the Musicians of San Crispino, who will bring joy and Christmas spirit to the streets of the centre.
The programme includes:
December 13: from 4:00 p.m., show “Waiting for Santa Claus” and concert by the Pink Orchestra at 9:00 p.m.;
December 14: from 3:00 p.m., “Letter from the Far North,” workshop by Liberi e Selvaggi ASD;
December 15: from 3:00 p.m., fairy tale “A dorso d'asino” and workshop by Liberi e Selvaggi;
December 20: 9:00 p.m., concert at the Church of Fantella “Prima il Cuore Ensemble”;
December 21: 3:30 p.m., traditional dances and arrival of Santa Claus, in sala Ricci;
December 25: Grand Christmas Bingo.
December 27: 9:00 p.m., Christmas concert by the Banda dei Carrettieri di Premilcuore, at the Gym;
Saturday, January 3: 9:00 p.m. concert “From bel canto to swing,” in the parish church
Sunday, January 4, 4:30 p.m., recital “Il volto umano” (The Human Face), Church of Fiumicello, Church of Fiumicello
January 5: “Aspettando la Befana” (Waiting for the Befana) with the Befanotti di Premilcuore, who will perform traditional Pasquella songs along the streets of the town and in the hamlets.
January 6: 4:00 p.m., presentation of the book “Il ritorno di Gian Burrasca” (The Return of Gian Burrasca).
